Moringa Soup
Light yet creamy, soul satisfying moringa soup
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon Moringa powder
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup Green peas, carrots (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a saucepan and add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Fry until the onions turn translucent
- If you are adding green peas and carrots, stir them in
- Add the Moringa powder and mix well
- Pour in the vegetable broth and let it boil
- Finish it off with coconut milk and season with salt
- Let the soup simmer for 5 minutes
- Serve hot along with toasted sourdough bread or soup buns
