Refreshing Tangy Green Salad with Mustard Oil!


  1. Medium bowl full of mixed greens
  2. Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
  3. 1 Cucumber, sliced
  4. Feta cheese, crumbled

For the Dressing:

  1. 2 tablespoons wood-pressed mustard oil
  2. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  3. 1 teaspoon
  4. raw wild honey
  5. Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and crumbled feta cheese. Toss gently to mix the ingredients.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together wood-pressed mustard oil, lemon juice, raw wild honey, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust the seasoning to your taste preferences.
